Why Jelše
A weekend home should be a place of relaxation, not another list of duties. However, the reality of recreational properties is often the opposite — instead of peace comes mowing, repairs or cleaning. The Jelše project was created with a simple idea: come and just turn it off. Heated interior, landscaped surroundings, prepared space for rest. And when you leave, everything else is taken care of.
The Mošnica location near Lazisko was not chosen by chance. It is a quiet place on the edge of Liptov, without transit traffic and away from tourist crowds. A place people visited for peace long before the Jelše project was created.

Lazisko is a small village in the Liptov basin, on the edge of which the Mošnica valley begins. Most people who come to Liptov as tourists have no idea that this picturesque village exists. Those who stop here come back. There is no shop or restaurant directly in the village. That's not a lack — it's the reason it's quiet here. That's why people come here to relax. Lazisko is an end village, so your rest will not be disturbed by any transit traffic. In the surroundings you will find beautiful undisturbed nature, hiking trails, forests full of berries, cycle paths...
